Strangers in solitude, but not strangers to solitude.  @ Nauset Beach, Orleans, MA

I was at the beach early morning, all by myself, clicking pictures. She was at the beach early morning, all by herself, collecting rocks. We were in our own ways enjoying solitude, or at least I would like to think so.

    • Thank you so much Lita, for dropping by and taking the time to share your thoughts. Much appreciated.
It was a beautiful morning indeed, with the sun playing hide and seek with the clouds. I remember, I was at first disappointed as I was at the beach really really early, but the sun rose behind the clouds, so there was really no sunrise so to speak. However, soon enough the clouds started clearing out bit by bit giving way to this lovely morning sunshine. 🙂

      • I have to share the shot reminds me of a similar moment I felt on a beautiful childhood holiday when it took me a while to connect with a simple beauty of an empty beach. Awesome moment !

      • How wonderful! As an amateur photographer, I am constantly trying to click pictures that are informative, pleasing to the eye or moving (have some emotional value) or at least one of them, and that this pic reminded you of a moment in your childhood brings me joy. Thank you for sharing.
